I’m so glad you’re here. I’ll be honest—I don’t have it all together. I’m still growing, healing, and learning to trust God in new ways every day. But one thing I’ve discovered along the way is that confidence isn’t found in perfection—it’s found in alignment. Alignment between who you are and who God says you are.
There was a time when I could smile for everyone else but struggled to truly see myself. I encouraged others to keep going while quietly wrestling with my own faith and identity. Yet even in that place, God reminded me: You’re still chosen. You’re still called. You’re still loved.
That’s why I created this space—not to speak from a pedestal, but to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll uncover your spiritual identity, heal from what tried to break you, and learn to walk this journey together—one prayer, one purpose, and one confident step at a time.

Hello Beautiful, I’m Roshonda Ancrum—a woman of faith, purpose, and passion who believes that confidence begins when you remember who you are and Whose you are.
For years, I struggled with uncertainty, people-pleasing, and the fear of not being enough. I wore strength on the outside, but inside I was searching for direction, identity, and healing. Through prayer, reflection, and surrender, God began to transform me from the inside out—teaching me that true confidence is not about perfection, but about trust. Trusting His plan, His timing, and the woman He created me to be.
Today, as a Christian Confidence Coach, Mentor, and Minister, I help women reconnect with their faith, rediscover their worth, and walk boldly in the confidence of Christ. My mission is to guide women through self-reflection, healing, and spiritual growth so they can live freely, love deeply, and step fully into their God-given purpose.
Through Roshonda Ancrum Empowers, I’ve created spaces like GPS Vision and Spring Cleaning the Soul—programs and experiences that equip women to release emotional baggage, gain clarity, and embrace transformation with grace and confidence.
As a mentor and minister, I walk alongside women who are ready to grow—offering guidance, encouragement, and biblical truth as they discover their voice, define their vision, and develop confidence rooted in Christ.
I’m not here as someone who has it all figured out—I’m here as a sister who’s still growing, healing, and walking this journey of faith daily. Together, we’ll build confidence grounded in God’s Word and stand tall in the woman He designed you to be.
